Day 4
That is the day to discover the biggest national park in Poland – Biebrza National Park. During a 6 hours guided walking tour along heavily meandering River Biebrza we will see the largest peat-bog complex in Poland, called Biebrza Swamps. They create a unique mosaic of wetland habitats, which preserve multiple rare plant, bird and animal species. Biebrza Swamps are considered to be one of the most important Central Europe’s bird refuge for water-mud oriented birds. Also here you can find Poland’s largest elk refuge, and mammals like wolves, otters and beavers.

The day ends in Warsaw, where we return in the evening.
