Programme:

Day 1 Pick you up from the airport, railway station or parking. We head towards our first stop: a romantic hotel Winny Dworek. 19th century classical style manor is situated in one of the most magnificent vineyards, a historical ground of vine cultivation in the valley of river Oder.

Day 2 Visiting the nearby vineyards where we will get to know the processes of winemaking and wine tasting in: Cantina, Kinga and Winnica Na Leśnej Polanie.

Day 3 Ethnographic Museum Ochla – the unique place where we discover the material history of the region. More than 60 historic buildings of rural architecture, including unique 18th century wine tower, different types of folk architecture, old farm utensils, furniture, textiles and traditional folk costumes – mainly handicrafts.

In the afternoon wine tasting in the vineyards Miłosz and Julia.

Day 4 Wine Museum in Zielona Góra – the place to discover the secrets of winemaking proces in the region from the Middle Ages to the present and comprehensive look at the development of viticulture in Poland.

Later we visit family company of Nocoń in Świdnica who deals with beekeeping for almost 30 years. They produce honey, beeswax, bee pollen and honey-fruit drink.

Day 7 Warta Mouth National Park – tour guided by environment experts, trekking and photo session opportunity.

The yougest of Polish national parks – formed in 2001. Warta Mouth National Park lies near the Polish-German border. Flat, wide terrains of the Park are situated within the lower bench of Warta River. Park’s landscape is a mosaic of meadows, pastures and areas overgrown by sedge and reed. The record of bird species of Warta Mouth National Park includes over 270 species along with 170 breeding ones. Some of them are listed in the Polish Red Data Book of Animals: Little Bittern, Shelduck, Common Teal, Little Gull, Eurasian Curlew. Not many places in Poland can boast such a incredibly high and diverse amount of birds. Sometimes during only one day 250 thousand of birds may be observed!

Day 8 Return to Warsaw and an indvidual travel back.
