Returns & Refunds
We do refunds for all products returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original condition (the urn must stay unopened). If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact us by email: [email protected].
All refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (PayPal or Braintree).
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email: [email protected].
We will be happy to help you, however, please keep in mind that we cannot do this for any order that have already been processed.
